Anuj Puri is the Chairman and Founder of Anarock. He has over 30 years of experience in Indian and global real estate markets and is a trusted advisor to developers, occupiers and investors. Anuj is widely acknowledged for revolutionizing the real estate sector with his visionary outlook and technology-based solutions. Prior to Anarock, Anuj was Chairman & Country Head of international property consultants– JLL, overseeing a team of 9,000 employees across 11 cities. Anuj set up Anarock in 2017 which is now a leading real estate services company. Anuj is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. A graduate of Shriram College of Commerce, New Delhi and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK, he also serves on multiple public & private company boards and is affiliated to numerous organizations including CII, FICCI, MCHI-CREDAI and YPO.

Rohin Shah has over 30 years of experience in Indian and European real estate markets and as managing director of Marylebone Asset Management, his key client base is 60 family offices. Rohin started his career with Jones Lang LaSalle in 1986 and has been involved with the Indian property markets since 1993. Rohin and Anuj have been partners since 1994. Rohin graduated from Reading University with a first-class Bachelor’s degree in Land Management and a Master’s degree in Property Investment from City University. In 2011, Rohin was appointed an eminent Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK. He serves on the boards of several prominent UK investment firms and is a trustee for two well-known charities. He is also involved in the development of the WTC in Nairobi, Kenya, one of the largest mixed-use schemes in the region.
