Sale of land using unique strategies to extract maximum value

Joint Development

Land owner receives share of area or revenue over the duration of the project along with an upfront deposit/premium

Joint Venture

Both Land owner and incoming partner enter into an equity partnership and develop the asset together. Revenue and costs are divided in the share of the equity they hold

Profit Share

The land owner an incoming partner share the surplus cash flow in the project after adjusting all development costs
